During World War II, the Gebirgsjager light infantry of the Gebirgstruppe, also known as the Mountain Troops of Germany, Austria and Switzerland, were the special forces equipped with special uniforms and weapons to fight against harsh weather conditions.

Our models (04 painted figures as the images) are built based on the original kits manufactured by Dragon Models USA at the scaled ratio of 1/35.

  1. Shipping: 

    Probuiltmodel offer international delivery for every item we sell in the website! Package will be packed and well handled & your parcel will be tracked with our trusted local courier. For cost and delivery timings for your own country, please we will let you know once you finalize the checkout.
  2. Return:

    Your satisfaction is our priority. You may return any items you have purchased within 7 business days since you receive the parcel for any reasons. That means you should keep the package in its original condition (un-opened polybags and wrapping package). Otherwise your return request will be denied. And all items having damaged packing to open are not allowed to return.

    You should send all your return requests to our Customer Service department from Contact Us link on our website menu or send to our email customerservice@probuiltmodel.com . Once we receive your request, we will advise you the return procedures via email and then arrange the refund for you.

  3. Returning & handling fees:

    However, you must arrange and pay the delivery costs of returning the items to us at the address specified in the delivery note within 30 days. 10% of the total order amount (items cost and prior shipping cost) will be deducted from the refunded amount as handling fee. Whilst in your possession, you must keep any items you intend to return to us in good condition.

    If you receive the wrong items, please don't send back directly. You should notify us via customerservice@probuiltmodel.com and we will advise you the handling procedure of such items.

    If your order was damaged in shipment, please report the damage asap to the local Post Office, USPS office or any truck line that delivered your order. Hold the original carton box and damaged merchandise for inspection; otherwise, no claim will be honored.
