Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At ProBuiltModels, each piece is carefully handcrafted and built to collector standards. Due to the nature of our products, we apply the following return and refund policy:

1. CUSTOM & PREORDER ITEMS  
All custom-built, commissioned, and preorder items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started. These items are made specifically for each customer.

2. READY-MADE ITEMS  
For ready-to-ship items, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:
- The item arrives damaged, or  
- The item received is significantly different from its description  

3. DAMAGE OR ISSUE CLAIMS  
If your order arrives damaged or has a serious issue:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery  
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging  
We will review the case and offer a suitable solution, including replacement, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate.

4. HANDMADE CHARACTERISTICS  
Our products are handmade and hand-painted. Minor variations, small imperfections, or slight differences from photos are normal and are not considered defects.

5. RETURN CONDITIONS  
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective  
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging  

6. NON-RETURNABLE CASES  
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind  
- Custom or preorder items  
- Minor cosmetic variations due to handmade nature  
- Damage caused after delivery  

7. REFUND PROCESSING  
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.

We stand behind the quality of our work and are committed to supporting our customers in case of legitimate issues.
