This diorama is scratch built fully and painted as the images of this listing exactly, this base was made based on the historical image of USMC in the battle of Hue 1968, Vietnam war. The material is used to build is foam, paper and real tree (the leaves were paper).

You may return any items you have purchased within 7 business days since you receive the parcel for any reasons. That means you should keep the package in its original condition (un-opened polybags and wrapping package). Otherwise your return request will be denied. And all items having damaged packing to open are not allowed to return.

    You should send all your return requests to our Customer Service department from Contact Us link on our website menu or send to our email customerservice@probuiltmodel.com . Once we receive your request, we will advise you the return procedures via email and then arrange the refund for you.

  3. Returning & handling fees:

    However, you must arrange and pay the delivery costs of returning the items to us at the address specified in the delivery note within 30 days. 10% of the total order amount (items cost and prior shipping cost) will be deducted from the refunded amount as handling fee. Whilst in your possession, you must keep any items you intend to return to us in good condition.

    If you receive the wrong items, please don't send back directly. You should notify us via customerservice@probuiltmodel.com and we will advise you the handling procedure of such items.

    If your order was damaged in shipment, please report the damage asap to the local Post Office, USPS office or any truck line that delivered your order. Hold the original carton box and damaged merchandise for inspection; otherwise, no claim will be honored.
