When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the parcel weight and parcel dimension of the items you order and your location.         2. Returning & handling fees:

          However, you must arrange and pay the delivery costs of returning the items to us at the address specified in the delivery note within 30 days. Whilst in your possession, you must keep any items you intend to return to us in good condition.

          If you receive the wrong items, please don't send back directly. You should notify us via probuiltmodel@gmail.com and we will advise you the handling procedure of such items.

          If your order was damaged in shipment, please report the damage asap to the local Post Office, USPS office or any truck line that delivered your order. Hold the original carton box and damaged merchandise for inspection; otherwise, no claim will be honored.
