1. Shipping: 
   Probuiltmodel offer international delivery for every item we sell in the website! Package will be packed and well handled & your parcel will be tracked with our trusted local courier. For cost and delivery timings for your own country, please we will let you know once you finalize the checkout. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the parcel weight and parcel dimension of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the number of items ordered, and in addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments.
   Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties, and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 7 days from receipt of your order.

1. Return & Exchange :
   
   Your satisfaction is our priority. You may return or exchange any items you have purchased within 14 business days since you receive the parcel for any reasons. That means you should keep the package in its original condition (un-opened polybags and wrapping package). Otherwise your return or exchange request will be denied. And all items having damaged packing to open are not allowed to return.
   
   You should send all your return/exchange requests to our Customer Service department from Contact Us link on our website menu or send to our email probuiltmodel@gmail.com . Once we receive your request, we will advise you the return procedures via email and then arrange the refund for you.
   
   
2. Returning & handling fees:
   
   However, you must arrange and pay the delivery costs of returning the items to us at the address specified in the delivery note within 30 days. Whilst in your possession, you must keep any items you intend to return to us in good condition.
   
   If you receive the wrong items, please don't send back directly. You should notify us via probuiltmodel@gmail.com and we will advise you the handling procedure of such items.
   
   If your order was damaged in shipment, please report the damage asap to the local Post Office, USPS office or any truck line that delivered your order. Hold the original carton box and damaged merchandise for inspection; otherwise, no claim will be honored.
