        1. Return & Exchange :

You may return or exchange any items you have purchased within 14 business days since you receive the parcel for any reasons. That means you should keep the package in its original condition (un-opened polybags and wrapping package). Otherwise your return or exchange request will be denied. And all items having damaged packing to open are not allowed to return.

Once we receive your request, we will advise you the return procedures via email and then arrange the refund for you.

        2. Returning & handling fees:

          However, you must arrange and pay the delivery costs of returning the items to us at the address specified in the delivery note within 30 days. Whilst in your possession, you must keep any items you intend to return to us in good condition.

          If your order was damaged in shipment, please report the damage asap to the local Post Office, USPS office or any truck line that delivered your order. Hold the original carton box and damaged merchandise for inspection; otherwise, no claim will be honored.
